Working with Firecrest on the creation of a purpose-built care home consisting of 72 bedrooms as part of a wider project at the Lavender Fields Care Village.

The design sees the central hub serving as the heart of the facility, with three wings extending off it, each dedicated to a specific level of care and unique needs of the residents. The construction process not only involved the physical structure, but meticulous attention to detail was crucial to ensure that the care home meets all regulatory standards and provides a nurturing environment for individuals in need of assistance.

A great opportunity for Evermill Brickwork to demonstrate the vast array of skills within our portfolio, this build being brick and block but also incorporating cladding and rendering to the exterior.
